There are few words that can explain Simone and her team that are more appropriate than outstanding. We have worked with Simone for a year. In that year since Feb 2020, we have planned more than 5 trips, even though most of them were canceled due to the pandemic. ;) We, of course, got to know her better through all of these efforts, and we reached out to her to help plan our Christmas trip (where I planned to propose although Kayla didn’t know). This is where she really shines, covert ops with me, while still planning the other parts with Kayla. She took on every stress point she could for me, the unknown, organization, the itinerary, etc. She made a private international engagement at the top of a mountain during COVID and Christmas happen, then helped me plan every moment of the day from couple massages to private dinner, where we were served by the Chef himself. Everyone at the resort knew what was happening and when, she made sure they were all in on keeping it secret, and making it special. Kayla was an instant celebrity after the engagement. Unreal special.

Honestly, I never saw the value in travel planners or agents before Simone. I had never worked with anyone in this capacity. I mean how hard is it to book flights and hotels, right? Between Kayla and me we’ve been a lot of places. In fact, we had been in the habit of finding Travelocity or Expedia deals, and reading reviews and just going from there. (We still look there for ideas, then we call Simone.) I don’t have the words or the room here to say enough about her, her team, and her service. We refused to let this year kill our wandering spirits, and frankly could not have done any of it without Simone. It’s rare to find anyone who ‘stands out’ anymore.
